International air shipping rates are determined by chargeable weight—which is the greater of actual scale weight and volumetric dimensional weight.

  • Actual Weight: The physical weight of the packed carton measured on a scale in kilograms.
  • Volumetric Weight: The volume of the box in centimeters divided by the standard international air courier divisor (5000): Example volumetric weight (kg) = length (cm) × width (cm) × height (cm) ÷ 5,000
